Ernesto J. de la Fe, Esq.
| | | Attorney Ernie de la Fe |
Most people call me Ernie. I graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1985 and have been a member in good standing of the Florida Bar for 25 years. Since 1985, the bulk of my legal practice has been centered in Miami-Dade County, mostly in the Courts of the State of Florida, with only a smattering of cases in the Federal Courts and Florida's State Courts outside of Miami-Dade.
Besides Evictions, I have litigated many types of cases during my career, ranging from Personal Injury matters, to Breach of Contract cases, equipment Replevins (Reposessions) and a wide range of other Commercial Litigation matters. I have also handled Probate and Guardianship cases and have closed more than a few Real Estate purchases. Teaching Business Law to Spanish-speaking adults at the University of Miami's Koubek Center in Little Havana was fun too.
The prestigious firm of Martindale-Hubbell has rated my ethics and abilities as "AV" - the highest rating granted to lawyers by that company's peer review process.
Born in Cuba, in 1953, I came to the US in 1960, grew up in Hialeah, and have remained here in Miami-Dade ever since.
My lovely wife of over 32 years is an Accountant, and together we have 4 sons.
If you give me the opportunity to handle your Eviction, I will deal with you honestly and treat you with courtesy and consideration. I will charge you a fair and reasonable fee for my work and will diligently pursue the favorable resolution of your case.
I will not hold myself out to people as anything other than what I am - a regular guy, and a hard-working lawyer who can aggressively help you get your Eviction matter quickly and effectively resolved.
